Meet Ed from ED...
meet Ed from emergency...
Ed has many years of frontline experience and has been an emergency staff specialist at Liverpool’s Emergency Department (ED) since 2012.
As part of the redevelopment project, the ED will be enhanced and expanded into one of the largest emergency departments in Australia.
Ed is the Project User Group lead who provides clinical insights into how the current Emergency Department works and contributes expertise into the development of workspace design that will help enhance patient care into the future. In collaboration with various stakeholders, including architects, the LHAP project team and fellow ED staff, Ed is helping to ensure the future ED meets the growing needs of the community and provides the best possible care for patients.
“One of the most satisfying things is seeing how the plans have gone from coloured blocks on a page to fully comprehensive detailed plans,” Ed said.
